i will definitely be stopping by the yoruba tribe in nigeria when i visit amazeballs africa one day soon. these incredible and graphically stimulating chairs from there will have you sitting pretty in no time. these hand-beaded tribal beauties were more often than not the chief’s chair – oh wow, to have ruled from such a magnificent seat – it makes me wonder about the wonder ceremonies and rituals these chairs must have seen in their heyday. i just want one to sit in to watch the world go by on rainy days. the power of chair!
